Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 20 august 2023, are required by the administrator to send particulars of their claims to biddulph & turley, the solicitors for the administrator, at po box 369, south perth, wa 6951 within 30 days of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets of the estate of the late hayden scott mcdonald, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
