Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the Estate of Helen Patricia Henderson late of Swan Care Kingia, [contact details redacted] (deceased), who died on the 10 April 2026 are required to send particulars of their claims to the Executor Reginald James Biddulph care of Biddulph & Turley, solicitors of Level 3, Suite 6, [contact details redacted] 6151 within 30 days of this notice after which date the said Executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he has notice and the said Executor shall not be liable to any person of whose claim he has had no notice at the time of administration or distribution.
