Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of David Alexander Peterson late of 17 James St, Armadale (deceased), who died on the 7th January 2023 are required to send particulars of their claims to the executor Colin Douglas Best care of Biddulph & Turley, solicitors of po box 1275 canning bridge wa 6153 within 30 days of this notice after which date the said executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he has notice and the said executor shall not be liable to any person of whose claim he has had no notice at the time of administration or distribution.
