Delegate authority to the Shire of Kent Ranger, Steven Ball, to perform his role and administer the provisions of the following acts, regulations, and local laws— • dog act 1976 and regulations • cat act 2011 • cat regulations 2012 • control of vehicles (off-road areas) act 1978 and regulations • local government act 1995 part 3—executive functions of local government and part 9 miscellaneous provisions act 1960 • litter act 1979 and regulations • bush fires act 1954 and regulations • caravan and camping act 1995 • animal welfare act 2002 • shire of kent local laws
