Alistair Jones, Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation, delegates powers and duties under the Contaminated Sites Act 2003 to specified office holders within the department, excluding the power of delegation and duties under section 53(4) of the Act. Delegation No. 20 dated 21 July 2022 is revoked.
