Order made by the Governor under section 315(1) of the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021 (WA), as recommended by the Minister for Aboriginal Affairs under section 315(3). The name of the protected area is Marda Bree Kurru. The boundary of the Marda Bree Kurru protected area consists of the area labelled 'B' on Deposited Plan 425267. Aboriginal cultural heritage of outstanding significance is located within the boundary of the protected area. The Marda Bree Kurru Protected Area Order 1984 is revoked.
