Made by the governor in executive council. These regulations are the contaminated sites amendment regulations 2023. These regulations come into operation as follows โ (a) regulations 1 and 2 โ on the day on which these regulations are published in the gazette; (b) the rest of the regulations โ on 1 july 2023. These regulations amend the contaminated sites regulations 2006. In regulation 4 delete โ$15.โ and insert: $22.
