Under the powers conferred by the Local Government Act 1995 and all other powers enabling it, the Council of the City of South Perth resolved on 30 October 2018 to adopt the following local law. This local law is cited as the City of South Perth Penalty Units Amendment Local Law 2018. This local law comes into operation 14 days after its publication in the Government Gazette. This local law amends the City of South Perth Penalty Units Local Law as published in the Government Gazette on 20 June 2003 and as amended in the Government Gazette on 23 December 2003 and 13 January 2017.
