Under the powers conferred by the Local Government Act 1995, the Council of the City of South Perth resolved on 22 November 2022 to make the following local law. This local law amends the City of South Perth Penalty Units Local Law as published in the Government Gazette on 20 June 2003 and as amended in the Government Gazette on 23 December 2003, 17 December 2004, 30 September 2008, 26 February 2010, 13 January 2017 and 13 November 2018. Clause 5 is amended by deleting “$10.00” and inserting “$13.00”.
