Take notice that Josephine Sacino, the executor of the estate of Charles Wilmot Simeon late of 11 Blackboy Court, Thornlie, intends to distribute the estate of the deceased 31 days after the date of this notice. Any creditors and/or other persons having a claim against the estate of the deceased should send full particulars of their claim to HFM Legal, PO Box 1, Maddington, before the expiration of that period, after which the executor may distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
