These regulations are the children and community services amendment regulations (no. 2) 2021. Regulations 1 and 2 commence on the day of gazettal, and the rest commence the day after. These regulations amend the children and community services regulations 2006. Regulation 21(1) is amended to update the table of amounts for different classes of children.
