These regulations are the children and community services amendment regulations 2023. Regulations 1 and 2 come into operation on the day on which these regulations are published in the gazette; the rest of the regulations on 1 july 2023. These regulations amend the children and community services regulations 2006. In regulation 20a(a) delete “aboriginal heritage act 1972;” and insert: aboriginal cultural heritage act 2021;
