Wesley Spring Historical Protected Area Order 2023 made by the Governor under section 315(1) of the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021 (WA), as recommended by the Minister for Aboriginal Affairs under section 315(3). The name of the protected area is Wesley Spring. The boundary of the Wesley Spring protected area consists of the area labelled 'G' on Deposited Plan 425868. Aboriginal cultural heritage of outstanding significance is located within the boundary of the protected area. The Wesley Spring Protected Area Order 1984 is revoked.
