This order amends the Health Services (Fees and Charges) Order 2016. It defines terms such as asylum seeker, compensable patient, involuntary patient, Medicare ineligible asylum seeker, and Medicare ineligible involuntary patient. It also specifies that no fees or charges are payable for health services provided to Medicare ineligible asylum seekers or Medicare ineligible involuntary patients as part of their treatment under the Mental Health Act 2014.
