Amends the electricity industry (licence conditions) regulations 2005 by updating references to the customer transfer code and metering code.

These regulations amend the Electricity Industry (Licence Conditions) Regulations 2005. Regulation 5(2) is amended to replace “Customer Transfer Code 2004” with “(Customer Transfer) Code 2016”. Regulation 5A(2) is amended to replace “Metering Code 2005” with “(Metering) Code 2012”.
