This order amends the Electricity Industry (Solar Power Purchase Agreements) Exemption Order 2016. Clause 4 is amended to update the list of suppliers. The following persons are suppliers: AGL Energy Services Pty Limited, Alectrona Pty Ltd, Continuum Solar Pty Ltd, CSP National Pty Ltd, Distributed Power Generation Limited, Efficient Homes Australia Pty Ltd, Element47 Pty Ltd, Origin Energy Retail No. 2 Pty Limited, PAE Northam Pty Ltd, Perdaman Advanced Energy Pty Ltd, Protean Energy Ltd, Voltaic Energy Pty Ltd, Wesglo Pty Ltd, Zeus Appollo Pty Ltd.
