Creditors and other persons having claims to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 as amended relates in respect of the estate of John Sharp late of 8 Jasmine Way Glen Iris who died on 15 December 2020 are required by the personal representative to send particulars of their claims addressed to the executors of the estate of John Sharp deceased care of Young & Young 5 Spencer Street Bunbury by the 5th day of May 2023 after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which the personal representative then has notice.
