Made by the chief psychiatrist under section 525(e) of the mental health act 2014; 1. citation suspected homicide, which is— • a suspected homicide by the person. • ‘homicide’ means the unlawful killing of another person. 2. commencement this order comes into operation on the day on which this order is published in the gazette.
