Notice is given that the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation has published documents for the making and revocation of guidelines for the purposes of the Contaminated Sites Act 2003, section 97. The guidelines made under items 1. and 2. or revoked under items 3. and 4. are in relation to existing guidelines listed in previous notices.
