An exemption to the Quarantine Area Notice (QAN) regarding Polyphagous Shot-Hole Borer (PSHB) within the Perth Metropolitan Local Government Authority Boundaries is granted. Members of incorporated horticultural or gardening associations may move wood or living plants (PSHB host material) out of the quarantine area if they complete DPIRD online training, certify the material is free of PSHB, and report any infested material to DPIRD.
