Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on or before 3 may 2023 at 10 crab cove, mindarie aforesaid are required by the executors and trustees of care of messrs dwyer durack lawyers of 8th floor, 40 st georges terrace, perth to send particulars of their claims to them by 28 september 2023 after which date the trustees may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
