Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 14 august 2023 at st john of god murdoch community hospice, 100 murdoch drive, murdoch aforesaid are required by the executor and trustee of care of messrs dwyer durack lawyers of 8th floor, 40 st georges terrace, perth to send particulars of their claims to her by 18 february 2024 after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
