Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 12 april 2022 at st john of god murdoch community hospice, 100 murdoch drive, murdoch aforesaid are required by the executrix and trustee of care of messrs dwyer durack lawyers of 8th floor, 40 st georges terrace, perth to send particulars of their claims to her by 2 january 2023 after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
