Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 9 april 2022 at sir charles gairdner hospital, nedlands, aforesaid are required by the executors and trustees of care of messrs dwyer durack lawyers of 8th floor, [contact details redacted] of their claims to them by 5 september 2022 after which date the trustees may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
