Notice of intent is hereby given that council will make application to the Minister for Local Government in accordance with Section 6.74 of the Local Government Act 1995 to have the following land revested in the Crown. The abovementioned person to whom this notice of intention is addressed may, within 30 days of the date of notice, lodge an objection to the revestment.
