These regulations are the Planning and Development (Development Assessment Panels) Amendment Regulations 2021. Regulations 1 and 2 commence on the day of gazettal. The rest of the regulations commence on the day on which the Swan Valley Planning Act 2020 section 7 comes into operation. These regulations amend the Planning and Development (Development Assessment Panels) Regulations 2011.
