Order made by the Governor under section 315(1) of the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021 (WA), as recommended by the Minister for Aboriginal Affairs under section 315(3). The name of the protected area is Nyingan. The boundary of the Nyingan protected area consists of Lot 76 on Deposited Plan 425603. Aboriginal cultural heritage of outstanding significance is located within the boundary of the protected area. The Nyingan Protected Area Order 1984 is revoked.
