General retail shops, other than motor vehicle shops, in the Kalgoorlie-Boulder local government district are authorised to be open at times when those shops would otherwise be required to be closed on specified days and hours.

Authorizes general retail shops in Kalgoorlie-Boulder to open on Saturday 26 December 2020 from 9.00am until 2.00pm.
Appoints Corinna Smith and Charlotte Huckerby as authorised officers and Amanda McDonald as registration officer for the City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder.
Requires land owners/occupiers in City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder to clear firebreaks by October 1, 2020, and maintain them until April 30, 2021.
Appoints Maureen Mertyn and Daniel Fleet as authorised officers and Amy Tagliaferri, Rebecca Kolatowicz and Kyah Pike as registration officers for the City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder, while cancelling the appointments of Shannon Hill, Lisa Gillespie and Emma Parker.
