Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 14 june 2017 at hollywood private hospital, nedlands in the state of western australia, are required by the trustee anthony michael fifield, c/- avon legal suite 7, [contact details redacted] of western australia to send particulars of their claims to him within 30 days of this notice, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
