Made by the chief psychiatrist under section 525(e) of the mental health act 2014; assault and/or aggression—• the unreasonable use of force by the person on any other person, including a staff member, that occurs at a hospital (including the emergency department and the hospital grounds) or other place, including; o any place at which a community mental health service conducts assessments or examinations or provides treatment and care, including the person’s home; and o a private psychiatric hostel.
