Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 23 october 2016 at mercy aged care, wembley are required by the executors and trustees of care of messrs dwyer durack lawyers of perth to send particulars of their claims to them by 23 february 2017 after which date the trustees may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
