Alistair Jones, acting chief executive officer of the Department responsible for the administration of the Environmental Protection Act 1986, delegates to the holder of the office of executive director, circular economy of the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation all powers and duties under regulations 20 and 21 of the Environmental Protection (Prohibited Plastics and Balloons) Regulations 2018, other than this power of delegation. Delegation No. 173 dated 28 June 2024 and published in the Gazette on 9 August 2024 is revoked.
