Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the said deceased who died on 12 december 2020 are required by the personal representative, william james gerard smith c/- carlo primerano & associates barristers and solicitors, suite 12, 443 albany highway, victoria park 6100 to send particulars of their claims to them by thursday, 20 may 2021 after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
