Under the powers conferred by the Local Government Act 1995 and all other powers enabling it, the Council of the City of Kalamunda resolved on 27 August 2019 to make the following local law. This local law is cited as the City of Kalamunda Repeal Local Law 2019. This local law comes into operation 14 days after the date of its publication in the Government Gazette. The Shire of Kalamunda Pest Plant By-laws 1979, published in the Government Gazette on 9 November 1979 is repealed.
