Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 5 february 2017 at royal perth hospital, perth aforesaid are required by the executor and trustee of care of messrs dwyer durack lawyers of 8th floor, [contact details redacted] of their claims to her by 3 june 2017 after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
