Prohibition on commercial fishing (ningaloo marine park) amendment order 2021. Amendments are to the prohibition on commercial fishing (ningaloo marine park) order 2005. Amends clause 2 to insert definitions of “coral” and “live rock”. Amends schedule 1, item 2(2) after “fish” insert “other than coral or live rock or live sand”.
