These regulations amend the Agricultural Produce (Beekeeping Industry) Regulations 2003. Amendments include changes to the definition of 'beekeeper', inserting 'beekeeper producer', and updating references to the 'Director General of the Department of Agriculture' to 'chief executive officer of the Department'.
