Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by regulation 10a (b) of the navigable waters regulations 1958, i hereby close all of the following waters to swimming between the hours of 7:45 pm and 8:45 pm on tuesday, 1st january 2019—prisoner point, canning river. area of closure:—all the waters within a 150 metre radius of the firing point located at approximately 32° 01.635′s, 115° 52.891′e (adjacent to shelley foreshore reserve). this area is set aside for safety measures during the set up and display of pyrotechnics.
