Order made by the Governor under section 315(1) of the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021 (WA), as recommended by the Minister for Aboriginal Affairs under section 315(3). This order is the Yonderup Cave Historical Protected Area Order 2023. The name of the protected area is Yonderup Cave. The boundary of the Yonderup Cave protected area consists of the area labelled 'N' on Deposited Plan 425810. Aboriginal cultural heritage of outstanding significance is located within the boundary of the protected area.
