Made under the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021 section 2(e) by the Governor in Executive Council. The Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021, other than the provisions listed in the Table, comes into operation as follows โ (a) section 316(3) โ on 30 June 2023; (b) the rest of the Act โ on 1 July 2023.
