Shire of York local planning scheme no 3. This local planning scheme comes into operation on the day on which it is published in the Gazette. The following local planning scheme is revoked—Shire of York Town Planning Scheme No. 2, Gazetted 17 May 1996. The Shire of York is the local government responsible for the enforcement and implementation of this Scheme.

Repeals the Local Government Property Amendment Local Law 2012 in the Shire of York.
Enacts the Shire of York Cat Amendment Local Law 2018, amending the Shire of York Cat Local Law 2017.
Enacts the Shire of York Cat Local Law 2017 to regulate cats within the district.
