The Council of the Shire of York resolved on 25 August 226 to make the Bush Fire Brigades Amendment Local Law 2026. This local law amends the Shire of York Bush Fire Brigades Local Law 2025 by replacing Clause 2.7 regarding termination of membership. Membership terminates upon death, resignation, permanent incapacitation, dismissal, or deemed resignation due to absence from activities or failure to complete training.
