The council of the Shire of York resolved on 25 March 2019 to repeal the Local Government Property Amendment Local Law 2012 and make the following local law. This local law amends the Shire of York Local Government Property Local Law as published in the Government Gazette on 17 January 2001 and as amended in the Government Gazette on 1 May 2012.
