Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 26 june 2018 at aegis ascot, 29 neville street, bayswater aforesaid, are required by the administrators and trustees of care of messrs dwyer durack lawyers of 8th floor, 40 st georges terrace, perth to send particulars of their claims to them by 26 may 2019, after which date the trustees may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
