Creditors and other persons having claims to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 as amended relates in respect of the estate of Kim Charles Lewin late of 110 Shaw Street, Coolgardie, Western Australia who died on 27 April 2021 are required by the personal representative to send particulars of their claims addressed to the personal representative of the estate of Kim Charles Lewin (deceased) care of Young & Young, 5 Spencer Street Bunbury, by 28 June 2022 after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which the personal representative then has notice.
