Made by the Governor under section 315(1) of the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021 (WA), as recommended by the Minister for Aboriginal Affairs under section 315(3). This order is the Wilgie Mia Ochre Mine Historical Protected Area Order 2023. The name of the protected area is Wilgie Mia Ochre Mine. The boundary of the Wilgie Mia Ochre Mine protected area consists of the area labelled 'H' on Deposited Plan 423692. Aboriginal cultural heritage of outstanding significance is located within the boundary of the protected area. The Wilgie Mia Ochre Mine Protected Area Order 1974 is revoked.
