Notice is hereby given that the council of the local government of the shire of york on 27 february 2017 passed the following resolution— ‘3. pursuant to section 72 of the planning and development act 2005, requests the chief executive officer to prepare a new local planning scheme no. 3, which will cover the entire local government boundary, and as shown on the scheme map area in appendix 1, and upon gazettal revokes town planning scheme no. 2.’
