ZZ402 TRUSTEES ACT 1962 DECEASED ESTATES Notice to Creditors and Claimants In the estate of Ian Victor Walters who died on 9 November 2023, of 124 Lawrence Street, Bedford, Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the said deceased person are required by the Administrator of the deceased’s estate being Ronald Brian Leonard, care of Lark Lawyers, Ref—7785, of PO Box 510, Leederville, Western Australia, 6903, to send particulars of their claims to him by 16 February 2026, after which date the Administrator may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which the Administrator then has notice. ———————————
