Amends sentencing regulations to allow courts to issue warrants of commitment electronically.

These regulations amend the sentencing regulations 1996. A court may issue a warrant of commitment by means of the courts electronic system. The warrant must bear the name, or facsimile signature, of the judge or magistrate issuing it; or the court’s seal or a facsimile of the court’s seal.
