In the estate of kaye payne who died on 24 october 2024, of unit 22, [contact details redacted] persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the said deceased person are required by the executors of the deceased’s estate being darron john payne, care of lark lawyers, of [contact details redacted] their claims to him by 30 august 2025, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which the executor then has notice.
